Megaways Jack is based on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, first written in 1734 and was originally called ‘The Story of Jack Spriggins and the Enchanted Bean’ but was re-written as a fairy tale in 1870 and this is the version that has continued to be told to children all over the world.
The reels are framed in an ornate golden frame with a harp to the left and a village with a beanstalk to the right. Symbols on the reels include 10 to A royals, a goose with a red bow, Jack’s mother, the face of a cow with a buttercup in its mouth, a giant holding a club and Jack himself who is the highest paying symbol and will give 25x your stake for 6 on a payline but, he will also payout for only 2 symbols, unlike the others where you need at least 3.
The Wild is a Golden egg and will only appear on reels 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Gameplay and Features
This game uses the Megaways engine so reels contain between 2 and 7 symbols and winning symbols drop away and new ones replace them.
The Magic Harp can give random awards during the base game, these are:
Up to 4 extra Wilds during cascades.
A multiplier of up to 6x can be added to wins.
1 to 3 extra positions on the clouds or beanstalk.
It can give a re-spin and you will not lose the position on the beanstalk.
Magic beans – you could see up to 3 on cascades, each one can add 1 to 3 positions on the beanstalk. A leaf on the beanstalk will light up after each cascade, 8 or more positions can trigger the Free Spins, you could get:
8 or 9 free spins for 8 to 9 positions
10 or 11 free spins and a multiplier starting at 2x for 10 to 11 positions.
12 free spins and a multiplier starting at 3x for 12 positions.
12 free spins and a multiplier starting at 3x, a greater chance of getting harp modifiers for 13 positions.
The Free Spins have unlimited multipliers, they will increase by 1 on every cascade. If you find 7 symbols on a reel, it will lock for the rest of the feature and 4 cascades in a row will give 2 extra free spins.
