After the huge success of the NetEnt Rocks trilogy (Guns ‘n’ Roses, Jimi Hendrix, and Motörhead) last year, it’s no surprise that other software developers are trying their hands at slots based around icons of the world of rock, and Leander are the latest to throw their hat in the ring with Alice Cooper – School’s Out, a slot based on the iconic master of shock rock.
About the slot
A five-reel, twenty payline slot with (as one would expect) a rocking soundtrack, Leander have gone all out on the design here.
The reels stand in front of a background of a spooky woodland, while Alice Cooper is written in blood across the top.
Symbols on the reels include eerie versions of the 10 – A symbols for the lower values, while Alice and an album cover play the part of the higher values.
Alice’s eyes are the wild symbol here, and there are two bonus symbols, a stabbed heart, and a snake.
Gameplay
Land five of the stabbed heart symbols on a payline and you’ll trigger a click and pick bonus called Deathrow Pick-a-Win. Pick one of the switches, and you will win a cash prize, it’s that simple.
Land three of the snake bonus symbols anywhere in view and you will make your way to the free spins feature, but first you will play a ladder gamble feature which gives you the chance to increase the number of spins you have won.
This is a slot that is more about style than substance, but when the style is as good as it is here, that’s kind of okay.
