A slot titles The Curious Cabinet could go either way, but most players will be happy to hear that this slot is based around a creepy piece of furniture, as opposed to a strange selection of UK politicians.
Coming from Iron Dog Studios, who have never shied away from something different, The Curious Cabinet has all the potential in the world to be a genuinely unique slot, but can it live up to that expectation?
About the slot
With five reels and 40 paylines, The Curious Cabinet is playable from 40p to £100 a spin on all compatible desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
The slot is set inside a spooky house, and the cabinet itself creates the reels, with symbols appearing in drawers.
Symbols include butterflies, crystal balls, frogs, pierced hearts, potion bottles, and more, with not a filler symbol in sight.
The Rose Wild symbol appears on all reels and will substitute for any other symbol to help with winning combinations, as well as paying out 15x your stake for five on a payline.
The double stacked Doll symbol acts as a scatter, if you get a winning combination, the doll can expand to triple stacked, land four winning dolls for a cash prize, 15 of them will win you a huge 600x your bet.
Gameplay
The double stacked Monster symbol works the same as the Doll, except you can land 18 of them for an impressive 1,000x your stake.
Silver Drawers appear during the base game, one will give you a cash prize, a multiplier, or a sticky wild respins, while two will trigger the Free Spins feature.
An additional row is added to the draws here, with Golden Drawers that can lead to wins of 50x your stake, or a 5x multiplier, with one winning drawer guaranteed on every spin.
The Curious Cabinet is a serious slot from Iron Dog, with an interesting theme, and some really exciting features.
