Montezuma

Set in the wilds of Central America, Montezuma is a bright and bold video slot powered by WMS Gaming. In true WMS style this slot is medium-high variance, and holds the potential for some significant payouts for the patient player. The real money is in the Free Spins features, which includes the satisfying Bonus Guarantee Technology that guarantees players will win at least 10x their stake during the feature.

Games

The slot is played out on a standard 5-reel, 3-row format, and offers 30 fixed paylines. Bets on Montezuma range from as little as 30p up to £150 per spin for those whose blood – and budget – is a little richer. The game has a great Free Spins feature that also delivers some very interesting Multipliers. With a jackpot of 1,500 coins up for grabs there is the chance to win big in the jungle with this game.

Design

The theme is based around an ancient civilisation ruled by Montezuma, and which is steeped in treasures and incalculable wealth. Accordingly, the backdrop is a dark, impenetrable jungle against which the golden glow of the reels creates a striking contrast. Bright playing card symbols sit comfortably alongside ancient icons such as shields, towering temples, goddesses, and masks. The whole ambience of the game is one of grandeur, ritual and tradition that leaves you feeling fully deserving of any wins.

Bonuses and Features

Wild – represented by the Temple symbol on reels 2 and 4 only, and substitutes all but the Scatter symbols

Scatter – represented by the Mayan Shield. Securing 3, 4, or 5 anywhere on the reels will take you to the Free Spins round, and also award a cash prize of 3x, 10x and 10x (again) respectively

Free Spins Feature – land 3, 4 or 5 of the Shield Scatter symbol anywhere on the reels to trigger the feature. A random number of Free Spins are awarded from 3 to 25, with a random Multiplier from 2x to 10x. Retrigger the same number of Free Spins by landing 2+ Scatters on the reels
