Marlin Masters: Atlantis is the latest video slot from Hacksaw Gaming, which launched on 24th April 2026. This is the third instalment in Hacksaw’s popular fishing series, following in the footsteps of Marlin Masters and Marlin Masters the Big Haul. However, this time we come across the gates to the lost city of Atlantis, where ancient Greek mythology uncovers sunken treasures and a haul of Marlin, of course!
Although the graphics remain familiar, the bulk of the action takes place in the beautiful, lost city of Atlantis, as our angler takes in the delights of its huge marble columns and grandeur. It is a medium volatility slot with an RTP of 96.27% and a max win of 10,000x the bet.

Design and Symbols
The slot is inspired by the lost city of Atlantis, and graphically, it is excellent. Set at the entrance to a temple, carved stone columns flank the reels while towering palatial temples and white fluffy clouds float timelessly in the background. To the left of the reels are the jackpot prizes worth 25x, 100x, 500x and 10,000x.
The low-value symbols are the usual card suits, with 5 matching symbols awarding 1x the bet. The high-value symbols are coloured fish, and five of a kind awards between 3x and 7.5x the bet.

Wild
The Wild symbol substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter, Kraken, and Marlin symbols to help form winning combinations. If a win includes 5 Wilds, it awards 20x the bet.
Marlin Symbols and LootLines
The Marlin symbol has cash values ranging from 1x to 100x the bet. It may also land as a Jackpot Marlin, awarding either the Mini (25x), Major (100x), Mega (500x) or Max (10,000x) jackpot prize.
Both the Marlin and Jackpot symbols can be collected by the Fisherman or as part of a LootLine.
A LootLine is a full payline of Marlin symbols, Jackpot symbols or a combo of both.
Fisherman Symbols
If a Fisherman lands, he collects all the values from the Marlin and Jackpot symbols visible on the reels, after payline or LootLine wins are paid out.
The Fisherman symbols have multiplier values ranging from 1x to 20x, and these are applied to the total cash value of all Marlin symbols, but not to the Jackpot symbols. There is the possibility of up to three Fisherman symbols on each spin.
Kraken Symbol
The Kraken symbol is new to the series and only lands on reel 1. When it lands, it expands to fill the entire reel, and all Marlin and Jackpot symbols remain sticky. During the respins, only Marlin, Jackpot, and Dead Fish symbols can land. Any additional Marlin or Jackpot symbols remain sticky, and the respins continue until no more Marlin symbols land. The Jackpot symbols only reveal their prizes once the feature ends.

Marlin Masters: Atlantis follows the same structure that made the previous titles in the series so popular. Marlin values, Fisherman multipliers, and fixed jackpot prizes up to 10,000x form the backbone, so there’s no mystery about where the potential comes from.
The Kraken feature is the main point of difference. By locking Marlin and jackpot symbols in place while respins play, it introduces a more deliberate build-up before payouts are revealed. It changes the tempo without overcomplicating the setup.
The Free spins expand on the idea, using the Trident system to scale multipliers and extend the round. There’s a sense of progression here that gives the bonus more structure than a standard retrigger cycle.
