The Wild Knights slot game from software provider Barcrest is a great choice for players who like history but have a love of slots. This entertaining game has a number of interesting features and a jackpot of 1000 times your bet.
Theme
Wild Knights has a classic slot game feel with high card symbols on the reels and bright colours that stand out against a black background. Chain link armor surrounds the reels and you’ll also find symbols such as shields, helmets, coins and valiant looking knights as you begin to play. Although the graphics aren’t the highest quality, there’s a nice medieval soundtrack to listen to while spinning.
How to Play
The gold coin is the wild in this 5 reel, 10 payline game and it substitutes for all the other symbols with the exception of the scatters. The scatters are the shield symbols and these are important to look out for if you want to win some free spins.
Unlimited Free Spins
This lively bonus round is triggered when 3 shields are found on the 3 centre reels. The colour of the shields is linked to the amount of ‘lives’ you’ll start the bonus with, which can be 1, 2 or 3 lives. The lives are important because the reels will keep spinning as long as you have a life left, but you’ll lose a life if a dragon symbol lands on reel 5. An interesting feature of this bonus is that wilds will move down the reels instead of vanishing, which creates the potential for bigger wins.
Knight Times
If you use the High Roller feature of this game then you’ll meet another bonus, which is triggered randomly. You’ll spin a wheel rewarding you with either multipliers or a chance to enter the free spins round. The High Roller feature will also enable you to enjoy Jousting Reels which kick in on a losing spin- two reels will re-spin themselves so that you can land yourself some guaranteed winnings.
