Yggdrasil have been making an increasingly big impact on the world of online slots over recent years, and they show no signs of letting up.

The most recent addition to the software developer’s portfolio comes in the shape of Time Travel Tigers, another slot that shows Yggdrasil’s love of playful and unique concepts.

About the slot

With five reels and 25 paylines, Time Travel Tigers is playable from 25p to £125 a spin on all compatible desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

You travel in a time machine belonging to the creatively names Dr Tigerstein here and visit various eras from across history, and the future.

Low values on the reels are represented by the four card suits, while weapons from the various periods play the higher values, including axes, guns, hammers, and more.

The reels are set within the time machine, and every period has stunningly created tigers representing that era, while Dr Tigerstein himself is a smug, yet charming looking gentleman wearing glasses, so that you know he’s a scientist!

The standard of Yggdrasil is high when it comes to design, yet this still manages to be one of the best looking slots the developer has released to date.

Gameplay

The free spins scatter symbol is the one to look out for here, land three or more for a set amount of free spins, that doubles for four symbols and trebles for five.

There are four free spins modes, any of which can trigger at random, offering up to 36 free spins, as well as multipliers, extra wilds, diagonal wilds, cluster wilds, and a bunch more treats.

The Future Free Spins round is arguably the best option here, with between 12 and 36 free spins, a 2x multiplier, and up to 20 random wilds on every spin.

Time Travel Tigers is a fun slot that also has a lot to offer in terms of features.
