Pragmatic Play are making use of their Megaways license this year after turning yet another one of their original slots in to a Megaways title. The Dog House Megaways is based on the original slot and offers multipliers, sticky wilds, raining wilds, a free spins feature and a mega 70,000x your stake to be won.
About
The Dog House Megaways is a high variance video slot with RTP set at 96.55%. The slot is played on 6 reels, 7 rows and up to 117,649 ways to win. Stakes range from 20p up to £100 per spin across all devices.
This canine themed slot is full of comedy and cartoon styled graphics, which is set in a garden. The slot is similar to the original apart from the addition of the Megaways mechanic. The reels are set within a dog house and symbols include 10-A royals, dog biscuits, collars and 4 dogs, the Dalmatian is the highest paying symbol awarding 7.5x your stake for 6.
The Wild is a Doghouse, this substitutes all barring except the paw print scatter.
Gameplay and Features
To find a winning combination you need to land matching symbols on the reels starting from the left, each reel contains between 2 and 7 symbols, the more symbols mean the more Megaways.
If a wild lands on all reels except reel 2 it may contain a multiplier of 2 or 3x, they will be add together if there’s more than one.
The free spins trigger by landing 3 or more scatters, you then have to choose whether to play the free spins with sticky wilds or raining wilds.
With Sticky Wilds, if a wild appears during the feature, it will have a 1, 2 or 3x multiplier added, this feature gives the following:
3 scatters give 7 free spins and 2 to 7 sticky wilds on every reel.
4 scatters give 12 free spins and 2 to 7 sticky wilds on every reel.
5 scatters give 15 free spins and 2 to 7 sticky wilds on every reel.
6 scatters give 20 free spins and 3 to 7 sticky wilds on every reel.
With Raining Wilds, up to 6 wilds are added on every free spin, they have 1, 2 and 3x multipliers, this feature gives the following:
3 scatters award 15 free spins and up to 6 raining wilds on every free spin.
4 scatters award 18 free spins and up to 6 raining wilds on every free spin.
5 scatters award 25 free spins and up to 6 raining wilds on every free spin.
6 scatters award 30 free spins and up to 6 raining wilds on every free spin.
There is also a Buy Free Spins feature – this will cost 100x your stake. You choose which option you wish to play. Currently, this option is not available in the UK.
Dog House Megaways is a great looking slot with cartoon-style graphics and a fast paced soundtrack. The biggest wins come from the Sticky Wild Free Spins feature and multipliers that could add up to 126x and pay up to 70,000x your stake.
