Temple of Fire

IGT are back with a visually stunning new slot named Temple of Fire. This is set for release at the end of January and is a low to medium variance slot with an RTP set at 96%. Features include expanding symbols, free spins, spreading wilds and scatters. You can play from 60p to a huge £1800 per spin, which will definitely appeal to the high rollers.

Temple of Fire Design

IGT have excelled with the design of this particular slot. The graphics are very detailed, and the gold framed reels sit within a temple dedicated to the Fire Goddess. The turquoise reels stand out nicely against the fiery red background and the soundtrack adds the right atmosphere to the game.

The lower paying symbols include five coloured animal masks and Aztec jewellery. The higher values are the game’s logos and are worth from 1.66x to 2.5x your stake.

The wild is the Chantico and substitutes all other symbols.

Gameplay and Features

The Fire Goddess symbol can land anywhere and it expands down to turn any symbols in its path, into wilds. If it lands next to a game logo symbol, that too will turn wild.

The scatter symbols trigger the free spins round and you’ll need at least 3 on a spin to activate this. You’ll then have the choice of either 4 free spins with a 3x multiplier, 6 free spins with a 2x multiplier or 12 free spins with a 1x multiplier.

Then a reel is chosen at random to become wild and any additional scatters than land also give more free spins.

Verdict

IGT have pushed the boat out in terms of design which is nice to see, and the low volatility of the game gives you plenty of action to keep you entertained throughout.  You won’t win much more than 150x your stake in the base game, but there is a maximum win of 450x your stake with the multipliers and free spins. It’s certainly worth a spin!
