Software developer’s Edict Gaming’s latest slot release might have you thinking of Italy, but you will be mistaken, it more akin to Africa and the tribal them, although you do see a lovely beach in the background of the reels.
About the slot
Sicilian Sun is a 5 reel video slot giving you 20 paylines, and it is compatible on all devices. It won’t cost you a packet to play either, with wagering starting from 20p per spin up to £40 per spin. Symbols are of a tribal theme, you have drums, hatchets, native masks and wild horses, the latter having the highest value and the lower value symbols being the J to the Ace.
Bonus features
The sun is the wild symbol which can also transform into a 2×2 colossal wild which can land on reels 1 and 2 or 4 and 5, or if you are lucky it will land on both, earning you a pretty decent pay out.
And added feature of this slot is that it will also pay out for 3 matching symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4 and also from right to left.
There are no free spins or scatters available on this slot, but it does offer a gamble feature where you are given the choice of a red or black playing card, but be careful as you can lose it all.
The slot has some pretty decent graphics and a pleasant soundtrack, and it pays out quite handsomely when you get the colossal wilds forming a winning combination. The RTP is fairly decent at 96.12%
