About
Rick and Morty Megaways is a high variance video slot with an RTP of 96.55%. Played over 6 reels with 117,649 ways to win, you can spin the reels from 10p up to £10 across all devices. The animated graphics are fun and the soundtrack is the same as the series.
The series has a cult following, it’s an animated TV series for adults, shown in an evening on the cartoon network. Rick is a nutty scientist and Morty his grandson, they get up to all sorts of mischief and fun adventures.
Reels are set against different scenarios and cartoon scenes, they can range from 2 to 7 rows high, each spin will choose the number of rows at random.
Gameplay
Symbols on the reels include 9 to the A royals, blue shards, a green rock, Monty and Rick who are the highest paying of the symbols and will give you 50x your stake for 5 on a payline. The WILD symbol will substitute all symbols barring the scatter. A spaceship door is the Mystery symbol.
The Bonus Spins feature – you need to find 3 or more scatters from the same spin, this gives you 5 spins and every extra scatter will give 5 more spins and one of the following:
Pickle Rick free spins – this gives an unlimited multiplier that increases by 1x for each successive win.
Vindicator free spins – you collect characters which have
cash values and multipliers.
Federation Wild spins – these highlight a random symbol and it transforms into a wild symbol. If a wild gets highlighted, then the whole reel will become wild.
You may also get a multiplier and bonus spins.
Another feature is the Mystery free spins – this gives you a spin on the Wheel of Fortune where you can get up to 50 free spins.
The graphics in Rick and Morty Megaways are superb and the soundtrack is the same as the TV series. I enjoyed the features and certainly liked the potential payout of up to 50,000x your stake from this high variance slot.
