Ramses' Revenge

Relax Gaming bring you Ramses’ Revenge, a high variance video slot with an RTP of 96.15%. Features include free spins, scatters, wilds and mystery symbols.

Ramses’ Revenge Design

Ramses’ Revenge is based on the infamous Pharaoh ruler Ramses the Great. Dare you enter his chamber in search of riches? Will Ramses unleash his revenge?  The 6 x 4 reels are set within a crumbling stone courtyard with hieroglyphics on the columns. There is a fitting Arabian soundtrack which plays in the background and overall, it’s a decent overall design.

There are 4 low paying symbols and 4 higher paying symbols which are Sobek, Anubis, Horus and Ramses. These pay out between 1.5 and 4x your wager when you land winning combinations.

Gameplay and Features

The explorer symbol triggers the free spins round. 2 symbols will give you 6 free spins and when the feature begins, you’ll see 2 mummies walk out of the tomb and replace the explorers. The mummies can replace any other symbol but only appear in the free spins round.

The Mystery Sandstorm feature occurs randomly, with 2 to 6 waves appearing and 1 to 4 mystery symbols landing on the reels. The mystery symbols then change to reveal the same matching type of symbol.

You can also head straight to the bonuses without having to wait for them to trigger in the base game. You do this via the ‘feature buy’ which costs 80x your stake. 2 Scatters then land and trigger the free spins round.

Verdict

Ramses’ Revenge may look quite similar to other slots of the same genre, but it does have a bit of bite to it! The additional features keep the game exciting but it can take a while for these to trigger. The multiplier wild mummies are a great feature and can really shake the game up. A great choice if you like a volatile game.
