Power of the Gods Design
Power of the Gods has a 5×3 layout with a traditional Egyptian landscape design in the background. The graphics are excellent; clean, crisp and bold, and overall, while it is very similar to most other Egyptian themed slots, it’s been very well executed indeed.
Symbols on the reels are 10 to A royals as the lower values, which are joined by Anubis, Bastet, Hathor and Horus. 5 on a payline will pay 10x your stake.
There are also 2 wilds, the Golden Falcon and the Sun God Ra. Both of these can substitute any other regular symbols.
Gameplay and Features
The 2 wilds are the most rewarding, paying up to 1000x your stake. The Ra symbol can land stacked and can nudge up or down to cover the reels. The reels are also pretty unique as they can tilt to reveal more wilds.
The Falcon Wild can also appear stacked and these unlock the special reel prizes along the top of the reels. There are free spins, cash prizes and a jackpot prize up for grabs. When the falcon wild lands on the reel with the corresponding prize, you’re awarded that prize.
The cash prizes range from 2x to 150x your stake and random multipliers can boost this up to a maximum of 750x your stake.
When you trigger the free spins round, you’ll start with 10 spins and the 2nd and 4th reels unlock to display the jackpot prize above. When the jackpot triggers, the bonus wheel comes into play to reward either the mini, minor, major or grand jackpots, ranging from 15x up to 1000x your stake.
Verdict
This might look similar to other slots, but the gameplay is certainly different with plenty of extra features to keep you engaged throughout. The only disappointment is the top prize which is on the low side.
