Niagara Falls is the first slot to be released in the YGS Masters series from Yggdrasil Gaming. Looking very much in the style of a classic slot but with a modern twist added to it as well as bonus features.
About the slot
Niagara Falls is a 5 reel, 20 payline video slot playable on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The reels are set on a background of an art deco pattern with a feel of the 1930’s. Wagering starts from as little as 20p per spin up to a whopping £400 per spin, so not one for the feint-hearted.
Symbols on the reels consist of oranges, plums, cherries, bars, bells, red and blue 7’s and a logo of Niagara Falls, the latter giving you the highest reward, landing 5 on a payline will reward you with a10 of your wager.
Gameplay
Landing a gold coin on reel 5 will activate the Cash Drop bonus feature and the coin will drop down the reels leaving a trail and land in one of the bonus boxes at the bottom, if the box displays a bonus feature this is what you can win:
All symbols in the trail will transform into wild symbols
A multiplier worth x2, x3, x4 or x5 of your winnings
A stacked spin where you will get a re-spin with stacked symbols

Landing the whisky barrel symbols on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels on any one spin will also trigger the Niagara Falls feature, this time the bonus boxes will be blank or contain the wild text, any reel above the wild text will transform into a wild reel for the rest of the free spins.

Overall, I found this slot enjoyable, the graphics were crisp and clear and the piano music soundtrack fitted in well with the theme. The slot has an RTP of 96.2% and you have the potential to pocket up 1,000 your wager.
