Neptune’s Fortune Megaways

Join Neptune, the God of the Sea, with iSoftBet’s January 2021 slot release, Neptune’s Fortune Megaways. Betting starts from 20p per spin up to £20 per spin, with a top prize of 9710x your stake. It has 6 reels and between 3 to 6 rows and has an RTP of 96.03%.

It is a high variance slot with features such as cascading wins, scatters, wilds, a bonus game, pot collection and of course the megaways mechanic.

Neptune’s Fortune Megaways Design

We’ve taken a journey to the bottom of the sea with rich, vibrant blues and purples, and beautifully detailed graphics. We see the reels set within colourful corals and plants, along with jackpot amounts to the left of the reels. There is also a tranquil, mystic soundtrack to enhance to overall experience.

The games’ symbols are 10 to A royals, a starfish, a turtle, a shell, an octopus and Neptune, who is the most valuable, paying 8x your stake for 6 on a payline. The trident is the scatter and triggers the bonus round and the pearl is the wild, which can substitute other symbols to form a win.

Gameplay and Features

Every win sees winning symbols removed and new symbols cascading down to replace them, hopefully forming more wins.

There are also 5 treasure chests at the top of the reels. When a wild lands, these can move up to one of the chests to open it. The larger chest triggers the Neptune bonus feature and the 4 smaller chests give you a 5x multiplier.

Neptune’s bonus feature allows you to select pearls in order to match 3, then win one of the 4 jackpots.  The mini jackpot pays 20x your stake, the minor jackpot pays 50x your stake, the major jackpot pays 200x your stake and the grand jackpot pays 1000x your stake.

Free spins are won by landing at least 4 scatters. All the lower value symbols are removed during the free spins, leaving only high values and more multiplier treasure chests.

Verdict

This is a really decent game with plenty of action to hold your attention and some pretty good multipliers up for grabs. The main downside is the lower top prize and lower maximum bet limit, which not all players will like.
