Technical Features
Le Cowboy runs on a 6×6 grid built around Hacksaw’s Cluster Pays system, where wins form from groups of five or more identical symbols connected horizontally or vertically. Each win triggers a cascade, clearing the grid as new symbols fall into place until no further clusters appear. Stakes range from 5p to £40 per spin. Design & Symbols
The action unfolds in a dusty frontier town where Smokey the Bandit wanders through the streets, revolver in hand and trouble close behind. Hacksaw continues the playful tone that defines the “Le” series, but this western chapter delivers much more character than its predecessors. The lower-paying symbols are 10, J, Q, K, and A, awarding up to 50x for clusters of 14 or more. Higher-paying symbols include a hat, a cactus, revolvers, a skull, and a sheriff’s badge, worth between 75x and 200x for clusters of 14+. The Wild symbol is the “most wanted” poster of Smokey, marked with the word “Wild,” while the Scatter symbol displays the letters “FS.” Landing three or more Scatters activates the bonus game.
Features Overview
Le Cowboy™ follows the trail of its predecessors with cascades, three bonus rounds and the new Revolver Reveal feature. A Bonus Buy option is available outside the UK.
Cascades
The Cascade feature triggers when you land a winning combination. All the winning symbols are removed from the grid to make way for new symbols to drop down and fill the empty spaces. However, in Le Cowboy, when a win occurs, each symbol of the same type as the winning cluster is cleared from the grid. For example, if five Cactus symbols form a win, all other Cactus symbols on the grid disappear before new symbols tumble down.
Wild Symbol
The Wild symbol substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter, Coin, Diamond, Clover, Loot Bag, and Reload symbols. Any win that includes a Wild triggers the Revolver Reveal feature, and the Wild transforms into a Revolver Cylinder once the cascade ends.
Revolver Reveals
This feature triggers when a Wild forms part of a winning cluster. The triggering Wild transforms into a Revolver Cylinder containing two to six shots, which fire once all cascades are complete. Each shot targets random positions on the grid, transforming them into one of six Special Symbols: Scatter, Coin, Diamond, Clover, Loot Bag, or Reload.
Revealing a Reload symbol refills the Revolver Cylinder with another two to six shots and repeats the process. If a Coin or Green Clover symbol is struck again, it upgrades to the next level.
Special Symbols:
Bronze Coins – Reveal values of 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x the bet.
Silver Coins – Reveal values of 5x, 10x, 15x, or 20x the bet.
Gold Coins – Reveal values of 25x, 50x, or 100x the bet.
Diamond – Reveals values of 150x, 250x, or 500x the bet.
When all Coin and Diamond symbols have revealed their values, the Clover symbols activate:
Green Clover Symbol – Multiplies all adjacent Coin, Diamond, or Loot Bag symbols by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, or 20x.
Gold Clover Symbol – Multiplies all Coin, Diamond, or Loot Bag symbols on the grid by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, or 20x.
Loot Bag Symbol – Triggers when all the Clover multipliers have been awarded. Loot Bags collect the values of all Coin, Diamond, and other Loot Bag symbols on the grid and store their total.
When the final Loot Bag triggers, the cylinder fires again to reveal new symbols and restart the sequence. Once every reveal and activation is complete, the combined total of all Coin and Loot Bag values is awarded.
High Noon Saloon
The High Noon Salon features triggers when three Scatter symbols land during the base game, awarding ten free spins. The feature follows the same mechanics as the base game, but with an increased chance of activating the Revolver Reveals feature.
Before the bonus begins, a Gamble feature appears. Choosing to gamble activates a revolver that determines one of four outcomes:
Outcome 1 – Upgrades the feature to the Trail of Trickery bonus.
