About the slot
With five reels and up to 1,024 ways to win, Kodiak’s Roar is playable from 1p to £100 a spin on all compatible desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
With an Alaskan scene in the background, and a somewhat mismatched soundtrack, the reels include the traditional 9, 10, J, Q, K, and A symbols (because apparently there are not enough animals in Alaska) which fish, foxes, moose, and more on the reels, with bears being the most lucrative symbol.
A second bear symbol appears as the wild on the middle three reels and will replace all but the scatter symbol to aid win winning combinations.
Before you start playing, you must decide how many reels to play with, there are four ways to win with one reel, up to 1,024 ways to win with five reels, but the price goes up (1p minimum for one reel, 40p for five).
Gameplay
There’s only one main feature here, the Free Spins Bonus feature, which triggers if you land three or more scatter symbols on the reels.
You will then receive up to 20x your stake and up to 20 spins (both for five scatters), this feature can be re-triggered with more scatters, and includes a multiplying wild that adds up to a 3x multiplier to every win it is a part of.
A simple game outside of the option to play with less reels, Kodiak’s Roar is an okay slot, but nothing particularly special.
