Jammin’ Jars 2 has a similar design to the original Jammin’ Jars slot. We’re on the dancefloor in a flashy nightclub with neon lights and palm trees to the side. There are lots of purples and blues and the graphics are sleek and glossy.
The 8×8 reels feature various fruit symbols including figs, grapes, peaches, melons, pineapples and pomegranates. There is also a gold record which you collect to trigger the Gold Vinyl feature, and a wild jar with rainbow colours in which is both the wild and scatter.
Gameplay and Features
Jammin’ Jars 2 utilises the cluster pays mechanic where payouts are made for clusters of symbols rather than rows. You need a cluster of 5 to form a win which can be vertically, horizontally or both.
Each time you form a win, those symbols are blasted off the reels and new ones cascade down to fill their place and if you’re lucky, form another win. This repeats until no new wins are formed.
If you have a wild jar forming part of a win, the wild jar will move to an adjacent empty space before the cascade of new symbols drop. The wild jar locks in place and also comes with a 1x increasing multiplier.
The coin symbols all have cash values and if you land at least 5 of them in a cluster, the values of the coins are added up and paid out. This can be up to 1000x your stake.
After any win, the fruit blast feature can be activated and a large graphic equaliser will launch a mega fruit symbol or cash prize on the reels. Your new payout is then calculated with the prize or mega symbol in place.
You need at least 3 wild jars to trigger the free spins round, where you’ll receive 6 free spins along with random wild jars with multipliers that increase on each spin.
The gold vinyl records that land are collected in a meter and take you through different levels of the game.
