Symbols are various coloured gemstones, TNT, diamonds, an old prospector, a pick-axe and mine cart. The gems are the lower paying, the diamond is the wild and can replace any other symbol and the prospector is the most valuable.
Gameplay and Features
Hot Gems Extreme features the Playtech Ways Boost feature which sees rows boosted by +1 for each win and cascading win, and any winning symbols explode and are replaced by new symbols. Reels can expand up to 6 x 8 and also increase the ways in which to win up to 262,144.
If a TNT symbol lands, it will become wild and explode, clearing any adjacent lower paying symbols and replacing them with other symbols for winning combinations.
The free spins rounds are triggered when you land 3 or more scatter symbols. 3 scatters will give you 10 free spins, 4 scatters and you get 12 free spins up to 6 or more scatters for 25 free spins.
