All in all, the graphics are excellent and visually, it’s very nice. It just feels all too familiar.
Gameplay and Features
There isn’t any new, innovative features, but we do have free spins and the money collect feature. The money collect feature can be triggered in the base game and bonus rounds. When the cowboy symbols land, if they have a coin on them and they land at the same time as the renegade symbol, all their values are added together and paid out.
When 3 bonus symbols land on the middle reels, the free spins round is triggered and you’ll get 10 free spins. This can be re-triggered up to 3 times and will re-trigger any time 3 bonus symbols are on the reels or the renegade symbol drops. When the free spins are re-triggered, multipliers also increase the values by up to 5x.
Verdict
If you’ve never played a Western themed slot before, you’re bound to enjoy Cowboy’s Gold. However, if you’re a regular player, then there isn’t anything new or innovative with this slot game. Graphics are great, the gameplay is simple and effective and it’s a solid title. Worth a spin if you’re a lover of this genre of slot.
