Bounty Gold Design
The wild west is a staple in today’s slot design and still a popular choice amongst players. Bounty Gold is a particularly good version with cartoon-style graphics and colourful characters. An evening scene in a wild west town forms a backdrop with reels encased in a wooden frame.
Symbols include wooden card suits along with a sheriff’s hat, a horseshoe, a cowgirl, and a male bandit. Guitar tunes play as you spin the reels, along with distant neighing horses providing a great atmosphere throughout.
The wild is the word with a green background and the gold money bag is the money symbol, I’ll explain this one later.
Gameplay
During the game the wild substitutes all symbols barring the money bag symbol.
On any spin a gold money bag symbol can land, these come with varying cash values attached. 6 or more triggers the Money Respin feature. If the money bag symbol lands as a fiery symbol it pays out an instant prize.
Once the Money respin round is activated you play on a new grid made up of four smaller 5×3 grids. One of the grids in already unlocked, the money bag symbols which triggered the feature remain locked in position and a set of 3 respins are awarded. There are only blanks and money bag symbols present in the respins, and each additional money bag locks in position and the respins reset to 3.
Landing more money symbols increases the chances of unlocking another slot. This continues until the respins are over or all positions are filled with money symbols:
6 money symbols – the first slot is unlocked
9 money symbols – the second slot unlocks
18 money symbols – the third slot unlocks
26 money symbols – the fourth slot unlocks
If you unlock the second, third or fourth slot, multipliers of 2x, 3x and 4x are applied.

Verdict
As far as Wild West-themed slots go Bounty Gold has it all. A great design coupled with the wilds and unique Money Respins feature unlocking four extra slots raises the bar somewhat. The addition of the multipliers and associated jackpot prizes could bag a decent bounty.
