Software developer Play ‘N Go have began a new series of games after the success of Rich Wild slot series. This time, we see the adventures of Rich Wilde’s daughter Cat take centre stage in Cat Wilde and the Doom of Dead.
About Cat Wild and the Doom Of Dead
Cat Wild and the Doom Of Dead is a high variance video slot with RTP set at a respectable 96.29%. The slot is played across 5 reels, 3 rows and 10 fixed paylines. Stakes range from 10 up to £100 per spin, and the slot is available to play across all devices.
Cat Wild and the Doom Of Dead Details
Again, we are transported back to Ancient Egypt where the daughter of Rich Wild takes centre stage in another exiting Book of dead slot. The reels are framed in blue and gold and sit against the inside of a temple with stone pillars either side. Symbols on the reels include 10 to the A royals, Tutankhamen, Anubis and Cat Wild, she is the most lucrative symbol awarding 1,000x your stake for 5 on a payline.
The Wild is the Eye of Ra, this will substitute all symbols barring the scatter. The Wild expands to fill the whole reel and becomes a Pharaoh, Amenhotep, hatshepsut, Ramses and Thutmose.
Gameplay and Features
To find a winning combination are found by landing 2 of the higher paying symbols on a payline or, 3 of the lower paying symbols beginning from reel 1. There are 2 bonus features in Cat Wilde and the Doom of Dead, these are:
The Expanding Wilds feature – when the wild symbol appears, it becomes a wild reel and changes into a Pharaoh, it can also appear on all 5 reels.
Free Spins feature – this is triggered when 3 scatter symbols land on reels 1, 3 and 5 from the same spin. This awards 10 free spins, if 3 more scatters appear you are awarded 10 more free spins, this is unlimited. Prior to the free spins, a symbol is chosen at random to become a special expanding symbol that covers the whole reel.
If you fill the reels with 10, J or Q, you are awarded 200x your stake.
If you fill the reels with K or A, you are awarded 300x your stake.
If you fill the reels with Anubis, you are awarded 1,000x your stake.
If you fill the reels with Tutankhamen you are awarded 2,500x your stake.
If you fill the reels with Cat Wild this awards 10,000x your stake.
If you fill the reels with the Wild symbol this awards 10,000x your stake.
Cat Wilde and the Doom Of Dead comes with superb, rich graphics and a loud soundtrack brings an air of excitement to the game. I really enjoyed playing, and loved the extra feature, but wins are not quite as they seem because the maximum available payout is actually capped at 5,000x your stake.
