Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has completed its acquisition of Titan Inc. Limited, which was announced on 28 August 2024. Titan Inc. Limited specialises in SEO and content services. The deal, first announced in June 2024, aims to boost the capabilities of Gentoo Media, GiG's media and affiliate branch, which was previously known as GiG Media.

The acquisition, worth €3.2 million ($3.57 million), involves an initial payment of €1.1 million ($1.23 million) made at the time of closing, followed by two additional payments of €1.05 million ($1.17 million) spaced out over 12 and 24 months. In 2023, Titan brought in revenues of €3.3 million ($3.68 million) with an EBITDA of €0.72 million ($0.8 million).

By bringing Titan on board, Gentoo Media is looking at significant cost reductions, especially in SEO and content creation, with potential savings of up to 50%. This move is expected to speed up content delivery and boost division revenue.
