Sizzling Spins

With the current heatwave showing no sign of slowing down, it’s a good time for a barbecue themed summer slot to hit your favourite online casinos, and thanks to Play’n Go, that’s exactly what has happened.

A developer that is about as hit and miss as any has ever been, it’s not always easy to know whether a Play’n Go slot is going to be amazing or dreadful, but you can be pretty sure that it isn’t going to be average.

About the slot

With five reels and 243 ways to win, Sizzling Spins is playable from 10p to £100 a spin on all compatible desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

The reels are set on the grill of a barbecue, with meat and fish symbols including chicken wings, shrimp, and sausages playing the part of the higher value symbols, while the lower values are vegetables like mushrooms and tomatoes, which is one in the eye for the vegan player, but a good looking approach nonetheless.

The soundtrack is pleasant enough, finishing off the theme with style and transporting you to a summer barbecue.

Gameplay

Sizzling Spins benefits from Play’n Go’s Hot Reels feature, these Hot Reels appear on the first, third, and fifth reel with every spin, and if a Foil Blocker lands on this reel, it will turn into a wild, and be locked in place for a re-spin, and another Hot Reel will appear, this will keep happening until no new wilds land on a new Hot Reel.

Three Chilli symbols will trigger the free spins feature, which can offer up to 12 free spins on a different reel set with 1,024 way to win and a Hot Reel on ever spin.

This is an innovative and fun slot, with a theme that is perfect for the summer months.
