Cascades drive the game. Once a winning combination forms, the symbols involved are removed and replaced with new symbols, opening up the chance for additional wins during the same spin. Each cascade increases the multiplier, which then applies to the total win once the cascades end.

Design and symbols

Roadquake draws inspiration from post-apocalyptic road warfare, evoking the dust, metal, and grit of the Mad Max film series. The harsh desert backdrop features battered vehicles and rugged character symbols that complement the gritty theme well.

Stylised, coloured card suits are the low-value symbols. 14+ matching symbols award between 3x and 5x the bet. 5 different coloured Warrior characters represent the high-value symbols. 14+ matching high value symbols award between 6x and 15x the bet.

Features

Cascading Wins/Multiplier Hotspots

After landing a winning combination of 14+ matching symbols anywhere on the grid, a cascade triggers and the winning symbols blast off the screen, and new symbols replace them. The cascades continue until they no longer produce new wins.

Once the winning symbols disappear, a 2x Hotspot remains on each position. The Hotspot value doubles for each successive win. The Hotspots increased by certain symbols and max out at 1,024x. The Hotspots reset after each spin.

Modifiers

On any spin, special modifier symbols can land:

Minigun – A randomly selected symbol is transformed into another symbol, and all its instances change accordingly.

Bomb – When a Bomb lands, it explodes in a 2×3 area at the end of the spin, and all Hotspots in that area are multiplied by 4x.

Rocket – The Rocket symbol lands either horizontally or vertically, clearing all symbols in its path, except the Scatter, Minigun, or Bomb. All Hotspots receive a 2x upgrade.

Free Spins

There are three Free Spin rounds:

Landing 4 Scatters triggers 7 free spins, and all the modifiers remain for the duration of the free spins

Landing 5 Scatters triggers 7 Super Spins. It plays the same as the standard Free Spins, but the Modifier symbols award the Hyper Version.

Landing 6 Scatters awards 7 Mega Spins. It plays the same as the Super Spins, with special symbols awarded in the Hyper version, and each square starts with a 2x multiplier
