About Megajackpots Elephant King
The set-up is the same as the original with 5 reels and 40 paylines. Bets range between 75p and £750 per spin, however, the RTP is much lower than average at 92.49% and variance sits in the middle range.
Set at dawn in the rising sun, the design is similar to the original with a booming soundtrack dominating as the reels spin. On the reels low-value card suits, zebras, gazelles, rhinos, and the elephant. The latter is the most lucrative awarding 6.666x.
The wild is the shield and spear and the scatter the elephant.
Gameplay
Central to the game is the Prize Disc feature which triggers after a 1 or more scatters lands on reels 1, 3, or 4. Each scatter awards either a cash prize, free spins, extra spins, or entry to the Megajackpots bonus feature.
The prize disc position sits above each reel, on each spin the prizes move a position left so on each spin the prizes change.
If 1 or more free spins symbols appear on the prize disk, each free spin symbol awards 10 free spins, so if you have 3 free spin symbols, you’ll play 30 free spins. During the free spins, the high-value symbols are worth more, some even double their value. There’s an extra spins symbol to look out for, this awards 2 extra spins, there’s up to 250 spins up for grabs in total.
The Megajackpots feature triggers if the elephant symbol lands on any reel and the megajackpots symbol appears in the prize disk above it. You get 1 spin on the megajackpots prize disk and whatever prize displayed in the prize disk above the elephant scatter is paid. If the megajackpot symbol appears in the megajackpots prize disk above the elephant scatter you win the jackpot.
Verdict
Megajackpots Elephant King is similar to the original in terms of design and features but with the exception of the Megajackpots bonus feature. The prize disk delivers decent prizes especially during the free spins when the symbol values increase.
