Theme
This slot takes its theme from traditional Chinese good luck imagery. Symbols include two children, who are presumably the lucky twins of the title, as well as firecrackers, I-ching coins in a bag and a Meneki Neko waving cat. Traditional letter characters with oriental accents represent the lower value symbols. The action takes place on a deep red background with gold glitter confetti floating down from the top of the screen.
Wild Symbols
The lucky twins act as the game’s wild symbol and appear with pleasing frequency. In fact, the game is set up so that up to five wild symbols can appear on the reels at the same time, which obviously has great potential for boosting winnings. The twins substitute for any other symbol except the scatter.

Verdict
While Lucky Twins is a fairly entertaining slot, it does feel like Microgaming has been a little miserly with bonus features this time around. Players who prefer classic games without masses of features may find this slot refreshing and it could be a great place for beginners to start playing. However, others may find Lucky Twins doesn’t hold attention quite so well as other video slots from the developer.
