Joe Exotic is the eccentric tiger keeper with the bleach blond mullet, flamboyant clothes, multiple husbands and who is currently in jail for planning to kill fellow animal keeper, Carol Baskin.

Joe Exotic Design
The design of this slot is just as wild and over the top as Joe himself. There are various photos of tigers, alligators and Joe himself in the background, and the 5×4 reels have a gold sparkly tiger print frame with gold guns at the top.
Symbols are higher value Joe Exotic, Allen Glover, James Garretson and Jeff Lowe who’ll you’d recognise from the Netflix series, along with lower value rings, animal skins, baseball caps and hip flasks. Joe sitting on a gold throne is the wild and there are also ‘Vote Joe’ and Exotic scatter symbols.
Gameplay and symbols
At any point in the base game the reels can blow up and remove all the lower values. New higher value symbols then drop down and hopefully result in a decent win.
The Tiger Bounty feature is activated when you land tiger bounty symbols on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels. Joe then offers you several multipliers up to 50x and Alan Glover appears to choose your multiplier or pick again.
When the Vote Joe scatter lands on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels, the Election Time feature is triggered and you’ll get to choose from a selection of badges. Each badge is a character symbol and each pay out differing amounts. Joe is the most valuable paying 150x your stake.
When the Exotic Spins symbol lands on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels, you’ll receive 9 free spins and a multiplier wild is active for the duration. This stacked multiplier wild increases by 1x on each win up to a maximum of 15x, but you can re-trigger the free spins infinitely.
Verdict
This slot is just as wild and exciting as Joe Exotic himself. It has plenty of additional features, a decent top prize and great design. Carol Baskin doesn’t make an appearance which is a shame, but probably to be expected.
