The abominable snowman is going on his holidays to a tropical location in Play N Go’s July 2021 slot release, Hotel Yet Way. In this slot you can enjoy a bonus game, free spins, changing reelsets, scatters, wilds, sticky wilds, stacked symbols and an RTP range.
Bets start from 10p and rise to £100 per spin with a top prize worth 30000x your stake. It’s a high variance game with an RTP of 94.24% and is playable on all devices.
Hotel Yeti Way Design
Play N Go live up to their reputation for high quality design with the cartoon style visual and stunning graphics. The setting is a hotel in a tropical location with blue skies and palm trees in the background and a beach hut behind the reels.
Symbols are 10 to A lower values, along with flip flops, sun-cream, sunglasses, sharks and sunhats. The sharks are the most valuable paying 3x your stake for 6 on a payline. There is also a yeti wild which activates the bonus features, and a frozen wild which can substitute any regular symbol.
Gameplay and Features
Every time a wild yeti lands, he comes with a modifier. The Bungee Jumping Yeti feature fills between 1 and 4 reels with stacked wilds. The Surfing Yeti Feature is when 2 to 8 wilds are added at random, and the Scuba Diving Yeti feature gives you a respin. If you land a shark you’ll receive another respin. You can receive up to 24 respins here.
The scatter symbols trigger the free spins round. 3 scatters give you 8 free spins, 4 gives you 12 spins, 5 gives you 16 spins and 6 scatters give you 20 free spins. During the free spins, one of the 3 modifiers above is applied and a minimum of one of the reels has a multiplier attached. In theory you can get a 6 payway multiplier in play, giving you 262,144 ways to win. You can also re-trigger the free spins by landing at least 3 more scatters on a spin.
Verdict
Not only is Hotel Yeti Way a brilliant game visually, but the gameplay is excellent too. The action really picks up in the free spins round and the 30,000x top prize is attractive. It’s a fun, light-hearted slot, with some serious gameplay. Worth checking out for sure.
