Set deep within a lush green jungle, Gorilla Kingdom from NetEnt has re-triggered rounds of re-spins, a Free spins feature and upgrades for lesser paying symbols by collecting masks.

About

Gorilla Kingdom is medium variance video slot with RTP set at 96.03%. The slot comes with 5 reels and 1,024 ways to win, and can be played from 10p up to a massive £350 per spin across all devices. The design is exceptional with high definition graphics and a rhythmic, upbeat soundtrack.

A jungle theme setting with transparent reels set against lush greenery and a beautiful waterfall. Symbols include 9-A card royals, a Pangolin, Okapi, Hornbills, Leopards and Gorillas who are the higher symbols and will give you 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 or 4x your stake for 2, 3, 4 or 5. There is no Wild in the game but does have a Diamante scatter symbol.

Gameplay

Gorilla Kingdom comes with 2 bonus features where Gorilla tokens are collected, these will change animal symbols into Gorilla symbols

To trigger the free spins feature you need to land 3 or more diamond scatters. 10, 15 and 20 free spins for landing 3, 4 and 5 scatters. Getting 2 or more scatters during the feature will give you extra free spins.

Gorilla Kingdom has a Symbol Transform feature where high value Gorilla Symbols are randomly transformed into Gorilla Mask symbols. Gorilla Masks roll out and will leave a Gorilla symbol, it also fills one of the animal panel slots that you can see at the side of the reel set.

There are 4 animal panels, they are a Leopard, a Hornbill, Okapi and a Pangolin. You need to collect the Gorilla masks to fill the panels and they transform into high valued gorilla Symbols.

Once you have 24 Gorilla Masks, they will be taken from the reels and you will see all upgraded symbols for better wins and even extra free spins.

Gorilla Kingdom is well designed, it has super colourful graphics and great animations. We like the soundtrack, it’s quite dramatic and fits the theme well. We also enjoyed the Free Spins feature with the upgrades, filling the reels with the Gorilla will see up to 4,096x your stake.
