Gold X Design
There’s lots of gold here, as to be expected. The gold-framed reels have gold lights to mark winning combinations and they’re set against what looks like a sea of small gold lights. The aim of the game is to try and release the gold bars from the vaults they’re in.
The symbols are the four card suits in various colours, along with gold bars, piles of gold coins and a dollar sign. Graphics are decent but nothing out of this world.
Gameplay and Features
The X symbol is the wild and will substitute any other symbol to form winning combinations. It also triggers the free spins round too. If you land this gold X on the centre position on the reels, you’ll be awarded 7 free spins and also 5 sticky wilds. While pay outs can rack up during this round, unfortunately it can’t be re-triggered.

Verdict
This is a fairly solid title from Tom Horn and there’s a few decent features to keep you entertained. However, the maximum top prize is on the low side, the minimum bet is on the high side and the RTP is below average to make up for these issues.
