This is visually more impressive than the original Game of Thrones slot and the orchestral soundtrack from the show places you right in the centre of the action. There is a dark, brooding sky set across a baren landscape, with crystal clear graphics.
The 5×4 reels consist of the banners for the Houses of Lannister, Targaryen, Greyjoy and Stark as the lower values. These are joined by the Tormund Giantsbane, the Wilding, the Night King, Daenerys Targaryen, Sansa Stark and Jon Snow. The latter has the highest value paying 7.5x your stake for 5 on a payline. The game logo is the wild and the Iron Throne is the scatter.
Gameplay and Features
To the side of the reels is a separate reel which spins on its own and reveals a symbol each time. This symbol will be the power stack and when it lands on the main reels, it’s fully stacked to increase your chances of winning.
Coins with values can land throughout and when you land at least 6 on a spin, they stay in place and you receive 3 respins on a new reel. Here, there are only blanks and coins and when a coin lands, your respins are reset. This only ends when you run out of respins at which point, the coin values are added up and paid out.
There are also bronze, silver and gold jackpot coins which correspond their respective jackpots. There are different jackpots for the base game and free spins game but the highest is the Valyrian jackpot in the free spins which pays 5000x your stake.
At least 3 scatters trigger the free spins round where you’ll receive 15 free spins along with a 2x multiplier.
Verdict
Unlike the first GOT slot, this features the characters and is better designed. It’s packed full of exciting features and the additional jackpots are an added bonus. Definitely worth checking out whether you’re a fan of the TV show or not.
