Emerald King: Rainbow Road Design
This is a very bright and colourful game with rainbows aplenty. It looks similar to the original and although the game itself looks fun and welcoming, the graphics are a little dated if we’re being honest.
Symbols are the 10 to A royal plus the games logo symbol which is the highest value. 5 on a payline pays 25x your stake. There is also the 4-leaf clover which acts as the wild, replacing any other symbols, along with two different scatters; a pot of gold and a leprechaun. The aim of the game is to collect your prizes as you venture down the rainbow road.
Gameplay and Features
If you land the leprechaun scatter on the central reels, this will trigger the Rainbow Road feature. You can then begin collecting points along the rainbow road. There are 22 points altogether and many of these also come with a cash prize. If you get to the end, you get the chance to win up to 20,000x your stake in the Big Money round.
If you land at least 3 pots of gold scatters on the central reels, this activates the Scatter Eliminator round. 3 gold pots will appear for you to select and the last will reveal your multiplier. 3 scatters give you between 5x and 20x, 4 scatters give you between 10x and 40x and 5 scatters give you from 50x to 200x your total stake.
There is also a mini bonus slots feature which triggers when all reels randomly turn green. Up to 15 mini reels appear which pay out various amounts.
Verdict
It might look a little basic, but there’s some really nice features and plenty of action to keep you emersed, especially if you’re a fan of Irish themed slots.
