Dragon Champions

As demonstrated by the record breaking popularity of the likes of Harry Potter Game of Thrones, fantasy concepts, and especially the theme of dragons, are one of the most sought-after concepts for movie goers, book readers, and gaming fans alike at the moment.

Never one to miss out on a trend, Playtech have released Dragon Champions, a six-reel slot that offers 4,096 ways to win and sees dragons fight against heroic champions.

About the slot

Playable from 40p to £80 per spin on all compatible desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, Dragon Champions is as visually stunning a slot as we’ve ever seen from Playtech, which is really saying something when you consider the quality that has come before.

The reels are adorned with heroes and dragons, while the go-to 10, J, Q, K, and A symbols supply the lower values.

The highest value symbol is the red dragon, which gives you 10x your stake for six on a payline, while the Dragon Champions logo is the wild and will substitute for all but the scatter symbol to help in the creation of winning combinations.

Gameplay

There is a Dragonfire feature that triggers randomly in the base game and will expand all symbols (apart from the wild and scatter) in four directions if they land with blue Dragonfire, which can aid with fresh wins, or to enhance winning combinations.

Land three, four, five, or six scatter symbols for 8, fifteen, 25, or a mammoth 100 free spins respectively, with the Dragonfire feature also triggerable during the round, the free spins feature can also be retriggered so there’s a legitimate chance of hundreds of free spins, which can, obviously, lead to some big wins.

This a fun slot to play, and an incredible slot to look at, classic Playtech in every way.
