About
Dr Winmore is a mad scientist who has robot helpers, the game has a steam punk feel and is set in his laboratory. Reels are set against a dark background and are filled with
symbols that consist of blue, red, purple and green potions in test tubes and flasks, there are also light bulbs, weird batteries and electric plasma balls which are the highest paying of the symbols at up to 500x your stake for a cluster of 8.
Doctor Winmore himself is the wild and will substitute all symbols except the robot, he fills gaps in the clusters to create bigger wins.
Gameplay
The game uses the cluster pays mechanism, so symbols drop from the reels and new ones fall in their place and wins are found by getting at least 4 matching symbols. After the first winning cascade, if you get another cascade, the win is doubled, and the win multiplier rises by 1x for each cascade to a maximum of 6x.
The robots will randomly appear and blast away symbols to set off cascades. They will remove a column of 5, the blue robot blasts the horizontal rows and the yellow robot blasts the vertical ones. The red robot will blast away up to 8 adjacent symbols, the green robot clears rows and columns. Robots appearing in cascades will wait until no wins are found and will start blasting.
Dr Winmore was an easy game to play with colourful graphics and soothing soundtrack. Payouts tend to be small but if you fill the grid with the highest paying symbol, you can see wins of up to 3,000x your stake.
