Divine Diamonds

We have a classic slot with a modern twist with Divine Diamonds, the latest slot release from Northern Lights Gaming. It features a scatter jackpot, a bonus wheel, respins, free spins, scatters and wilds and has been classed as a medium volatility slot.

You can play from 20p up to £120 per spin and the maximum payout is 2250x your stake. It has been developed to be played on all devices and has an RTP of 96.24%

Divine Diamonds Design

This has a classic retro feel to it with the life-like 5×3 slot reels which look to be encased within a traditional slot machine. There is traditional retro LED lettering running along the top and bottom, advising of payouts, your bet and your total win, and a winnings ladder to the left.

The graphics are crisp and the reels contain a nice mix of traditional slot symbols. We have 3 different Lucky 7s, 3 types of BAR symbols, cherries, a wild and a diamond. The wild will replace all regular symbols to help you win, the diamond scatter is the bonus and the ‘free spins’ scatter activates the free spins.

Gameplay and Features

Respins can be awarded at random during the base game and give you either locked respins where only some of the reels spin, or all of the reels will respin both forwards and backwards.

When you land at least 3 diamonds, you’ll activate the Divine Diamonds feature which pays out a cash prize. 3 diamonds pay 1x your stake, 4 pay 4x your stake, 5 pay 15x your stake, rising all the way up to 9 diamonds which pay 2000x your stake.

At least 3 free spins scatters activate the free spins round where the bonus wheel makes an appearance. The wheel shows free spins and 2x and 3x multipliers. Spin the wheel to reveal your free spin and multiplier amount.

Verdict

This is a simple game, with a classic design yet some nice additional features with the diamond bonus symbols and respins. Classic slot lovers will want to try it out, but it might not be for those who prefer the flashier slots.
