Blazin’ Bullfrog Design
Frogs and toads have often been associated with good luck, especially Jin Chan, the Chinese money toad who is said to bring wealth and prosperity in your home. The design in this game is quite simple but luxurious. There is a rich red background and lots of gold. The graphics are crisp and clear, and the main focus is on the 5×3 grid in the centre.
The symbols consist of orange, red, purple and green gems as the lower values, and a green Lucky 7 and gold bar’s at the higher values. The golden bullfrog with the W on him, is the wild and the scatter, and can replace all regular symbols to help you win.
Gameplay and Features
When you land the bullfrog wild, it will expand to fill the reel and then hold in position. You’ll receive 1 respin in the hope the expanded wild reel will increase your chances of forming a win. You can land multiple wilds on a spin, seeing multiple reels expanded and locked in place to increase your chances of winning.
These wild’s only land on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th reels so in theory, you can have all 3 central reels wild to lead to some really decent payouts.
Verdict
This is a well-designed, classic style slot with simple yet effective gameplay. It might not be for players looking for exciting, innovative gameplay, but if you enjoy classic styles with an Asian twist, it ticks the box.
