An amusing game for all levels of player, the Birds on a Wire slot game from software creator Thunderkick includes features such as Dropping Symbols and Inwinity Spin to help you on your way to winning big.
Theme
As the reels load you’ll see all kinds of colourful bird characters sitting happily on power cables with trees and the bright blue sky behind them. These birds are animated in a very modern cartoon style, making the game great to look at. Instead of the reels spinning as they do in normal slots, the birds fly away from the wires in this game, which is a fun feature.
How to Play
The 5 reel, 17 payline Birds on a Wire slot has a dropping symbols feature, which means bird symbols that take part in winning combinations are electrocuted in an amusing way and then fall from the reels to be replaced by new symbols from above. If the new symbols make winning combinations the symbols drop again until no new combinations are made. Even better, the high voltage multipliers increase on each drop, so you could end up with a great 5x multiplier on your win.
The wild symbol is the big black bird and this can substitute for any other symbol except the bonus, which is shown as a cardboard box. The wild is also the highest paying symbol with a jackpot of 20,000 coins available for finding 5 of him on the reels.
Feathery Free Spins
Finding 3 or more bonus symbols on the reels will trigger the free spins round, which will award you 10 free spins plus another 2 spins for any extra bonus symbols you find. There’s up to 34 spins available here, plus the high voltage multiplier ranges from 4x to 20x for the dropping symbols feature, meaning big wins! Another great feature of this round is Inwinity Spin which will kick into action if your final free spin doesn’t produce a win, keeping the reels spinning until you do hit a winning combination.
