Playtech have released another slot in the Age of God series of progressive slots, this time it is Age of Gods:Rulers of Olympus. Themed on Ancient Greek mythology, these types of slots seem to be a hit with the players.
About the slot
Age of Gods: Rulers of Olympus is a 5 reel, 25 payline progressive slot and can be played on tablet, desktop and mobile devices. A spin of the reels can cost anything from 25p up to a whopping £500.
Symbols are the Gods, Poseidon, Hera, Hades, Athena, Aphrodite and Zeus, the latter having the highest value, landing 5 on a payline will give you x40 your wager. The lower value are playing cards from the 9 to the Ace.
Bonus features
This slot has 2 wild symbols, Zeus and Hera who become shifting wilds, if they appear on the reels, Zeus will move to the right one reel at a time and Hera will move to the left until they disappear from view.
Battle for Power- this feature is triggered when both Zeus and Hera land on the same row, each time that they clash they will create more wild symbols, this will continue until Zeus is defeated.
Olympus free games- this feature is triggered when the scatter lands on the 5th reel, this will give you 7 extra spins and you will also get 50 paylines with only the higher value symbols in play. Up to ten Zeus wild symbols will become locked wilds.
Thunderbolt Bonus – if you land the bonus symbol on the 5th reel, the furious Zeus will throw up to 7 extra wilds symbols on to the reels.
The 4 progressive jackpots are triggered at random and this will take you to a pick me round with 20 gold coins, if you reveal 3 matching jackpot symbols to win either the Power, Extra Power, Super Power, and Ultimate Power.
This is an action packed slot with great features and animations. The added features are a bonus too although I would have liked the RTP to be more than the 94.06-95.05%
