Ever since Scientific Games took hold of the license to the Monopoly franchise this year, we kind of expected that we would be showered by a series of Monopoly games from the giants two major developers – Barcrest, and WMS Gaming. So, has proven to be the case, after this week, WMS Gaming announced the launch of another new Monopoly themed slot, known as Epic Monopoly II.

January Release

Epic Monopoly II is being penned for an end of January release date, and is yet another one of the 65 Monopoly themed video slots to successfully make the jump from the land-based casino world, to the digital one, becoming the fourth to do so.

100 Paylines

The slot features Colossal Reels – which is a sort of trademark of WMS Gaming developed slots now – and players can expect to be able to win on around about 100 paylines in all, spread over the two sets of reels.

Online and Mobile

Epic Monopoly II is expected to be able to be played on both online and mobile platforms, whilst there will also be three bonus features to enjoy in this slot. A wild on the first reel set (which will be a 5×4 reel set) can jump over to the Colossal Reels of this slot, just like in any other WMS Gaming slot with this feature.

Bonus Feature

The main bonus round in this new Monopoly slot will be known as the Around the Board bonus, and it will consist of a Monopoly board game feature. This new video slot is aiming to be grander, vaster, and far more luxurious than any other Monopoly game which has come before it. From all accounts – and the limited information we have so far – it is going to be epic, in fact you might say that it is offering Epic Monopoly gameplay.
