Studio harvests 5,000x win potential in farming-themed release
Stockholm, 27th May 2025 – Independent slots studio Thunderkick has raised the ‘steaks’ with the launch of Milk the Cow, the latest addition to its diverse content portfolio that fuses the popular Wild Field mechanic with a Hold & Win feature to unlock 5,000x jackpot wins.
Whimsical cows roam the reels of this 5×5 cluster pays slot, where the Wild Field mechanic returns following its success in the recent release, Archie O’Loggins and the Enchanted Masks.
Landing two cow wilds during the base game activates the mechanic, creating a rectangle connecting the two cows and transforming all symbols within the field into wilds.
Milk the Cow Wild Field Mechanic
The Field Day feature is inspired by the Wild Field mechanic and triggers when two tractor bonus symbols land. A rectangle of ploughed soil is formed between the two tractors, and the bonus feature is awarded if the farmer lands within the field.
When the bonus is triggered, the field becomes fenced off, adjacent grid positions become Hot Zones, and three respins are awarded, where only hay, cow, and farmer icons can land.
Each cow that lands locks on the grid and resets the number of respins to three. Cows that land within the fenced field have a meter attached and begin as bronze symbols. When the meter is filled, they upgrade to silver and gold cows, enhancing their value.
The fenced field expands when a farmer lands in an adjacent Hot Zone, while filling the entire grid with 25 cows awards the 5,000x Grand Jackpot.
