 Yet another Vampire themed slot has arrived this month, to take what is seemingly another bite out of an already long dead theme. Vampire themed slots have been around for quite some time, and although with Halloween coming up in just a few weeks, the timing is arguably perfect; just how in demand in yet another Vampire themed slot? Well; it probably helps to know a little bit about it. The name of the slot is Vampire’s Embrace and it is the latest Williams Gaming release. Yes, WMS has been readily busy throwing out release after release this month, so the fact that they’ve added a Vampire themed slot to it, shouldn’t come as too much of surprise. But, it is it any good? What you’ve got here is you usual vamp love story. The 5 reels and 30 paylines are pretty common and standard for a video slot, and WMS have decided to throw in cheap wagers to the fray, with players never having to spend any more than £90 to play, with a wager of 30p its cheapest stake. There is a bonus round worked into its design, called the Vampire’s Embrace Bonus. This round is triggered when a player lands 3 or more Vampire symbols anywhere on the reels. It is a free spins bonus game, which will see players land either 10, 25 or 100 free spins for 3, 4 or 5 free spin icons. That is very nice indeed. Free spins can be triggered during the free spins round too, by accumulating more scatter icons. Wilds are also present in this slot, with a further bunch of wilds available during the free spins round. The story is sloppy, the graphics are kosher enough, and the wagering levels are relaxed. All of this points to yet another slot game that is playable but nothing terribly off the rails exciting. WMS will continue to pump out new titles this month, and with Halloween right around the corner, everybody is waiting anxiously to see if they’ll be any more tricks or treats coming their way in October.
