Pocket Fruity’s first fusion slot coughs up over £700,000

Pocket Fruity only launched their Candy Cash slot game this month, and already it has proven to be a huge success. So much so, in fact, that it has already paid out over seven hundred thousand pounds worth of prizes, £711,276 to be exact.

How much?

The game itself launched on August 5, and in less than three days had paid out £72,000 to players, and registered over a million spins. So far, the biggest recorded winner is sphome64, who managed to accumulate £11,000 of the winnings for themselves.

What’s it about?

Candy Cash is loosely based on the hugely popular hit Candy Crush Saga. Candy Crush Saga amassed 93 million playing it, so candy themed games are certainly in at the moment. The idea is that if you match three or more candies, you will win real money. Candy Cash can be played for as little as 2p per spin, and although the slot is heavily inspired by the hugely popular King game, it isn’t a direct knock off of Candy Crush Saga. In fact, there are quite a few things that are different. Several unique features make the game stand out from the Facebook hit.

Candy Cash is Pocket Fruity’s first ever fusion slot. It is called a fusion slot because it is a mixture of both mobile casino games and casino slots, rolled into one. You’re looking at a 9×9 grid, onto which candies drop. What’s more, the fusion slot also comes with a progressive jackpot. There are 81 candies on the screen, in 12 different varieties. The player must match 3 or more in a column or row to make them disappear, after which new candies will appear. A few special features have also been includes, such as explosives to clear large sections of candy. Candy Cash has already been an instant hit for the mobile casino site, and if they continue to develop games in this manner, it is thought that Pocket Fruity are going to be having a very good year.
