Playtech is no stranger to awards, but their newest accolade may be one of the most impressive yet as the gaming software and service provider beat off competition from giant brands Google and BP to pick up the ‘Most Effective Agency Collaboration’ award at this year’s prestigious International Corporate Events (ICE) Awards. The awards ceremony took place at the famous Victoria and Albert Museum in central London, and was attended by some of the most influential people, from some of the most influential organisations in the world.
Totally Gaming Exhibition
The award was given for Playtech’s stand at the ICE Totally Gaming Exhibition in February, which was recognised for its “outstanding event production” by the judges. In partnership with brand experience experts 2Heads, Playtech put together an integrated visual and experiential journey for customers around the Playtech ONE Omni-channel solution, an experience that was incorporated into each element of design and messaging.Working together, Playtech and 2Heads developed, storyboarded, scripted, and produced over 40 minutes of content. The presentation reflected Playtech ONE with architecture that utilised perspective, with the environment changing and evolving to engage the audience and draw eyes to the centre of the space.
Unanimous choice
The judges of the award made it clear that there was only one winner for the prestigious award, explaining:“We unanimously agreed there was a clear winner. The Playtech entry consistently performed on all criteria and we were especially taken with the quality and proof of ROI and also the clarity and explanation from brief through to delivery.”COO at Playtech, Shimon Akad, said of the award: “The award provides fantastic recognition of all the hard work that went into designing, developing and building our stand at ICE Totally Gaming to successfully showcase our pioneering Playtech ONE offering.”
