Microgaming have released a video preview of their upcoming slot, Peek a Boo. Launched on Microgaming’s YouTube channel, the new footage clearly shows the gameplay you will be able to enjoy in the slot when it is released.

Halloween Theme

From the preview one can tell straight away that a total of 5 reels and 40 paylines have been worked into the new slot’s design, and that Halloween is the name of the game in Peek a Boo. Candy, sweeties, ghosts and ghouls are all present on the reels, leading many to believe that the slot will be released in time for Halloween, in just over a month a half from now.

Zapping Ghosts

When playing the Peek a Boo base game, you’ll only have the aforementioned 40 paylines. This is thought to rise to a whopping 1,024 ways to win during the bonus round. In order to land that bonus round, players are going to need to rely on a kid zapping ghosts from the third reel. The bonus consists of a free spins game, during which stacked wilds will be present adding to the chances of you bagging more than decent wins.

All the Rage

It is not uncommon for Microgaming to release these kinds of games around October. This is just the time of the year when Halloween themed games are at their most popular. As autumn kicks into gear, Halloween themed games are all the rage.

Release Date

Just how well this new slot will do compared to the multitude of other Halloween themed games which are available is yet to be seen. The new Microgaming slot is likely to be released in the first week of October, so that it has a decent 4-week run before Halloween. The time of the release will likely also coincide with that of Microgaming’s twin Titans of the Sun slot games.
