South Park has long been a hugely controversial, yet highly entertaining and popular cartoon show. It was one of the first television cartoon shows designed exclusively for adults, and has been condemned in many countries over certain characters and storylines they have followed, including those seeming to mock Jesus Christ and Muhammad – amongst other religious figureheads and celebrities.
