BetVictor have just completed an extensive rebranding exercise that the company is calling the start of a series of planned improvements to design and UX.The operator also stated that the rebrand will include in-house product developments that will offer customers a “better, more intuitive and simple betting experience”.
Improved Customer Experience
BetVictor.com now has new navigation to improve their customers’ experience, as well as a new casino area and an update to its iOS and Android apps. Even the BetVictor logo has been modified, with a sharper font now gracing the icon. The rebrand is being lead by BetVictor’s head of brand Shane Stafford who previously worked at Paddy Power.“This is just the beginning of an exciting new journey aimed at providing a better customer experience; the brand will be at the front and center of this change,” Stafford told reporters.
“Destiny In Our Own Hands”
In eGaming Review last month it was reported that BetVictor CEO Andreas Meinrad said the firm’s technology left the site’s “destiny in our own hands” with a particular focus on developing simple products.“We have an aggressive IT roadmap planned for 2016 with a number of new innovations,” Meinrad said. “We need to be clear just exactly what the customer really wants from us. Innovation is good but it is often too complex; we want to keep it simple.”
