Betfair and NetEnt join forces

The online casino provider NetEnt (or Net Entertainment) has signed a deal with the UK-based online gaming operator, Betfair to increase the reach of one of the world’s leading sports betting providers already. 

Background

Betfair has almost a one million active customers and r is a longstanding pioneer in the online gaming scene, currently holding licenses in Italy Gibraltar, Spain, Malta, the United States and Australia. The company had revenues of £387m n 2013, a figure which they hope will expand as a result of this new deal. 

NetEnt offers

NetEnt is a premium, world-leading B2B supplier of digitally distributed casino systems and games, used by many of the industry’s most successful operators. 

What’s the aim?

This new deal will increase the amount of games that Betfair currently offer, whilst increasing the global reach of NetEnt.Managing Director at Net Entertainment Malta, Bjorn Krantz, commented ion this deal “We are very excited that Betfair has selected us as a partner and I wish them a warm welcome as a customer. This agreement will further strengthen NetEnt’ exposure on the UK market but also in other parts of Europe.”
