Add to that a near-flat EBITDA figure of £5.2 million despite PoC taxes of £4.8 million, and 2015 was quite the year.
2015
Casino continues to be by far the most profitable and dominant product for the company, up to £39.3 million, a rise of 34%. There was also a 42% increase in ‘other products’, which rose to £2.4 million.CEO of 32Red Ed Ware stated that the success in 2015 was even more impressive considering the external regulatory and tax obstacles that stood in the way. He said:“These results are an excellent demonstration of 32Red’s core strengths – a talented and dedicated team, first class ROI-driven marketing skills and established, highly appealing online gaming brands.”The increase in mobile casino players also shows in the figures, with mobile revenues for 32Red up by 71%, now amounting to 44% of the casino’s total revenues.
2016
As impressive as last year’s figures are, 32Red looks set to make even more waves in the market in 2016.When comparing the first nine-week period this year with the same time in 2015, net revenues have risen by over a third, which is impressive in itself, but if you factor in revenues from the newly acquired Roxy Palace, this number rises to 66%.With hopes of breaking even in Italy amongst other targets this year, 32Red, which has seen the majority of its success in the UK so far, looks set to take over the world!
