Group revenue hit £3.72 billion, up 9% from £3.41 billion in the previous year, while betting and gaming revenue matched that growth at £3.7 billion. Profit before tax for the betting and gaming segment reached £626.6 million, although its Stoke City FC business reported a £30.3 million loss.

Gaming remained steady, with a focus on personalised offerings, including an updated recommendation engine and expanded live casino products. The launch of a second exclusive live game show and the first free-to-play game added fresh variety for players.

Bet365 also donated £127 million to charity, with £120 million going to the Denise Coates Foundation. Gross profit rose to £3.03 billion, and operating profit came in at £396.6 million, a sharp turnaround from last year’s £37.3 million loss.

The filing noted Stoke City FC's demerger, finalised in July 2024, with estimated costs of £118 million. The club is now controlled by director John Coates.
